My biggest challenge of going green and organic eating is time and cost. I also believe discipline plays a big role in our family’s committment, too. We do back-slide a few times, but trying to do the right thing for our health and the environment.

biggest challenge would be water use while trying to clean dishes, dirty little faces, or my own aching body in the shower after the girls are in bed.

Cost (Meat products are wayyyy beyond a few added dollars in our budget) + Accessibility/Knowledge of those products, depending on where you live and the time you have, it can be hard to know of the alternatives and where to get them without a dedicated focus all the time.
